Following “A successful first Demo Day for the HAAWAII project in Reykjavik” the HAAWAII team is happy to announce the second demo day at NATS Swanwick, in Southampton, UK on the 27th and 28th September 2022 (two half days).
Attendance is possible in person and virtually.
At the demo day the following topics will be discussed:
- Welcome and Introduction to NATS; Airspace and Systems
- The HAAWAII Project – Objectives and Results
- Viewing Gallery Visit in the Operations Room
- Workshops on hot topics
- Hands-on Demonstrations:
- Workload and System evaluations
- Workload scores and speech recognition data
- Pseudo Pilot/ATCO Demo
The Demo Day will begin on Tuesday 27th September at 12:00 GMT+1 (midday) and end on Wednesday the 28th September around midday. There is an optional Dinner on the 27th September which will be self-funded. Lunch will be provided on both days for those attending in person.

Any changes after this date will be on a case-by-case basis. A detailed Agenda and Travel advice will be sent to the registered attendees closer to the Demo Day and also announced here.
